There are currently 2 plans available:\n<ol>\n<li><em>15 Days Free Trial<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>12 Month Membership<\/em><\/li>\n<p><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>After you have made a decision on which plan to choose, click the\u00a0<strong>Join Now \/ Buy Now\u00a0<\/strong>button under the selected plan.<\/li>\n<li>A page which reads <strong>Cart<\/strong> will then appear. height:auto\"><ul class=\"responsive-accordion responsive-accordion-default bm-larger\"><li><div class=\"responsive-accordion-head\" style=\"background-color:\"><span style=\"color:;font-size:15px\">How do I perform a login?<\/span><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-down responsive-accordion-plus fa-fw\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-up responsive-accordion-minus fa-fw\"><\/i><\/div><div class=\"responsive-accordion-panel\"style=\"background-color:;padding:12px;color:;font-size:14px\"><p>A login into the SimplyPass system can be completed from the\u00a0<strong>Login <\/strong>page of the SimplyPass website.<\/p>\n<p>The page can be navigated to by clicking on the <strong>Login <\/strong> tab on the top navigation bar.<\/p>\n<p>The login page contains fields to enter a\u00a0<strong>Username\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Password.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>username\u00a0<\/strong>and <strong>password <\/strong>information is set by you during a SimplyPass Membership sign-up.<br \/>\n(Remember to keep this information safe and not to share)<\/p>\n<p>Once the two fields for <strong>Username\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Password\u00a0<\/strong>are filled in, click the\u00a0<strong>LOGIN\u00a0<\/strong>button to enter into the Content Portal.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"responsive-accordion-head\" style=\"background-color:\"><span style=\"color:;font-size:15px\">What if I forget my password?<\/span><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-down responsive-accordion-plus fa-fw\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-up responsive-accordion-minus fa-fw\"><\/i><\/div><div class=\"responsive-accordion-panel\"style=\"background-color:;padding:12px;color:;font-size:14px\"><p>If you forget your password, navigate to the\u00a0<strong>Login <\/strong>screen and click on the button\u00a0<strong>Lost Password\u00a0<\/strong> under the login form.<\/p>\n<p>Instructions will then appear on how the\u00a0<strong>reset password\u00a0<\/strong>process can be started.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"responsive-accordion-head\" style=\"background-color:\"><span style=\"color:;font-size:15px\">Why do I see an Access Restricted page?<\/span><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-down responsive-accordion-plus fa-fw\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-up responsive-accordion-minus fa-fw\"><\/i><\/div><div class=\"responsive-accordion-panel\"style=\"background-color:;padding:12px;color:;font-size:14px\"><p>The Access Restricted page appears when access to the Content Portal has been refused.<\/p>\n<p>This can be for one of the following reasons:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Payment for your membership subscription has not been completed<\/li>\n<li>Your membership subscription\/trial has expired<\/li>\n<li>A membership has not been activated<\/li>\n<li>There was a break in connection when signing in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the reasons for the Restricted Access page are 1 or 2, a new subscription plan must be purchased to gain access.<\/p>\n<p>If the reasons for the Restricted Access page are 3 or 4, logout of your account and login again to activate your membership or correct the break in connection.<\/p>\n<p>If all of the above have failed, contact EduVOD directly or through our Contact Form<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li><div class=\"responsive-accordion-head\" style=\"background-color:\"><span style=\"color:;font-size:15px\">How do I logout?<\/span><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-down responsive-accordion-plus fa-fw\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-up responsive-accordion-minus fa-fw\"><\/i><\/div><div class=\"responsive-accordion-panel\"style=\"background-color:;padding:12px;color:;font-size:14px\"><p>A logout can be performed from the SimplyPass website or the Content Portal.<\/p>\n<p>On the SimplyPass website, a tab with the text\u00a0<strong>LOGOUT\u00a0<\/strong>will appear at the top of the screen. By clicking on the tab, you will be logged out of the system.<\/p>\n<p>On the Content Portal, by hovering on the corner of the screen over the profile icon, a dropdown will appear with a <strong>LOGOUT <\/strong>button option at the bottom of the list.
